Terms of use

The service

RichFeedback provides tools that read institutional documents and suggest changes. Suggestions are advice. You and your institution make every academic decision.

Your content

You keep all rights to documents you upload. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service to you.

Upload only documents you wrote or have the right to share. Do not upload test banks, textbook pages or other publisher materials unless your license allows it.

Eligibility

Assignment Refit is for current faculty. Institutional tools are for authorized staff of the subscribing institution.

Institutional accounts

Institutional use is governed by a separate agreement, which takes precedence over these terms.
