What we collect
Account details you give us (name, work email, institution, role). Documents you upload to a tool. How you use the tools after you sign in.
Account and early-access requests
When you request an account or early access, we keep what you submit so we can review your request and reply. We may look at public information about your institution and the page you link to. We do not sell this information.
Product analytics and session recording
After you sign in, we use a product-analytics service to measure how the tools are used, including session recordings. Recordings mask text typed into form fields. Analytics data is sent through our own domain.
Documents you upload
Assignment Refit does not keep your documents unless you choose to. Map Audit and Accreditation Crosswalk keep your program's documents and findings while your account is open. We do not take in student work in any tool.
AI processing
Our servers send documents to Anthropic's API for analysis. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, customer content is not used to train its models.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account, your requests and your documents at any time by writing to the address above.
