Feedback moves learning forward.
RichFeedback has supported assessment of learning in higher education since 2010. We believe detailed, timely, supportive and actionable feedback is what moves learning forward, for students, for faculty and for programs. The AI era changes how assignments, curricula and assessment plans need to be designed. Our tools help faculty and programs do that work.
Our team
Three kinds of expertise, working together.
Assessment specialists
Specialists with master's and doctoral degrees who have reviewed student work for universities since 2010, always against each instructor's own criteria, with faculty confirming every score.
AI and engineering
Engineers who build applied AI systems that read and analyze documents: the foundation of our AI-era tools.
Academic advisers
We test our tools with faculty, department chairs and assessment professionals, and are forming an advisory circle of former presidents, provosts and deans, and directors of assessment and institutional research.
Leadership
Dr. Rajam has spent more than three decades in higher education. He was also the founding dean of an online business school created by a consortium of research universities, and founded an assessment-of-learning firm before RichFeedback.
He also spent six years as president of a firm providing AI and machine-learning services, solutions and products built on document intelligence and computer vision, across a range of industries. Today he leads RichFeedback's work on transforming learning assessment for the AI era.
